let me see if I have this right...

-drive to store walk in deal with people and pay
-sit on ass and type in numbers...

    ehh..

best HSF is thermal right ultra-120 FYI.

I want to say that OCz RAM is elpida or aenon. google "micron d9" the google "elpida" see the diference?

EDIT: cad... ahh that's not bad then... heh

from that store this seems to be the cheapest stuff using D9
    http://www.memoryexpress.com/index.php?Pag...uctID=8989&SID=

if you don't get it I'll try and find something using promos(the enxt ebst stuff) for cheap
those prices aren't abd for CAD

it overclocks better is more resistant to heat and responds better to voltage increases

basically all the best and most expensive RAM uses it, BUT you can often find it in midrange kits.

example given my DDR2-533 kit with micron D9GCT IC(integrated circuits) can defiantly hit DDR2-1066 within warranty at respectable timings.
an elpida based DDR2-800kit probably won't

basically all the "RAM companies" don't make RAM, they package, rate, and distribute it.
RAM is basically PCB + ICs(which are the microchips used in RAM) + mis logic. Usually what matters most to an overclocker are: price, ICs, and PCB in that order.

on anotehr ntoe real world performance isn't TOO memory critical asside form say winrar.

Do you want this comp for gaming? General Purposes? Something to dink around on?

These all play a factor in rigging up your PC.

get a tuniq tower for a hsf if your going to overclock.

change that case, get a good brand. antec 900 or p182? the psu in that case you said will post probably be pretty bad, make sure you have a good brand psu.
