    i think the game play and just the feel were what made CT win as a game. Story while good wasn't it's strongest point. Loved that game though.

    ^^I don't even get why I like pokemon games. I hate turn-based battle games, I don't like the gameplay, and I don't like the story line. Yet Pokemon games rock. (Well last I played was pokemon gold, but would love to play a newer version). They are sooo addictive.

    Gears Of War , i dont care what people say lol , it might be short but its still got a great story line

    forgot to mention Breakdown and Deus Ex: Invisible War
    both good games and good storylines

    Here's a new one people forgot to mention. Freelancer. Especially the part when you have to escape from Earth.

    FFXII is my favorite storyline, because it's a very political storyline and it's a lot less of "one man saving the world" kinda deal that FF is usually known for.
