Anything else you would like to tell us is more than welcome Well, I play the guitar. I don't have any pictures of my gear currently, as I am not home. I have been playing for 6 years. Honestly, I have to say I play guitar because it sounds so cool playing your favorite band's songs, and of course for the ladies, but mainly because it is my passion. I play anything from classic rock, to hardcore, metal, rock, 2-step, and acoustic. My inspirations to play guitar were Brian Welch (KoRn) and John Petrucci (Dream Theater, Solo Artist). Brian was an inspiration, because I grew up in the same town as him, and John Petrucci because, well, anyone who has heard the guy, would know why he is inspiring. I play the guitar well, and the piano not so well. My Gear: That's my American Stratocaster. It plays beautifully. I love it so much. My Ovation Legend 1867 and my American Strat together. My first guitar.. all the way on the left. The good old days of when I sucked. Haha. It's a Squier Strat. The guitar next to it is a Giannini GWNE6. It's an old classical guitar. The guitar all the way on the right is my Yamaha FG-75. It's very old. And of course, my old vintage Marshall tube amp. Can't get better than that. Well.. okay, I lied.. it can. My vintage Mesa Lonestar Special. Talk about beautiful.. I've been playing for a little under 5 years now. I play guitar because it's just what me and all my friends were into. Rock music. We used to be metalheads. My musical taste has changed quite a bit since then, but I never forget the good old days. I like to play instrumental stuff. Virtuoso ---- is pretty cool as well. Anything that grooves is chill with me. Some pictures of my gear: - 15 Watts of pure boring tone. - Not gonna lie - I turned the volume up for the picture.. I only had it on about 4 or so.. Like my purple pick? (forgive the lens flare) I have big hands so I use a 2 mm thick Dunlop pick. I played violin for 9 years now, viola for only about half a year. 4. Well i was inspired by a friend\'s mother when i was very young. 5. I play with a schoolo orchestra, and they mainly do classical, but we get some newer age music now and then, we\'ve done beetles music, movie themes, i teach myself some video game themes from time to time, those are my favortie. 6. A friend of mine who plays cello mainly. When i LISTEN to music its normally techno . 7. Getting the kirby battle theme right all the way through on a violin is hard ><
I play the bass guitar. Wish I could sing(err, scream? ahah) I got my bass like, October of 05 i think, but I only started playing a lot and really good past few months. Naturally kinda got better somehow... wasnt from practice that much. I just like the suond of a bass more than guitar sometimes, if you're good at least. If you're no good at it then it blows so, on one hand that'll drive me to get better, but also put me down and not want me to continue . I like playing rock of any kind. I play metal but dont like that so much. Softer/slower stuff is good. Red hot chili peppers for example is nice for bass stuff. Got a band (ska probly) starting soon maybe with a friend. Just need some people who play brass instruments.
