    just make your own maps. :D

    I just want to remove the ramp in dust2 long. But I suppose it's immoral so am gonna have to get into the whole mapping scene now.

    nope you dont need the authors permission, if they wanted to give permission out they would have put decompile protection on the bsp... but theres always ways around that ;)

    Edit: thats just entspy, eg: editing entities like lights and soundscapes, to properly edit maps with hammer you need vmex
