    I was just wondering how you can make an avatar that's a video .. !? Can someone explain me pleassee =) ?

    Uneed to open the avi file in imageready and decrease the size to an avatar width and hieght. thats all. from that point u can crop or w/e and play around with it.

    Just make sure your video is in either mov or avi (I always use .mov when I convert), I think you can use one of the mpeg's (mp4 should work). (Thats what I did for my avatar).

    If you can, while you convert cut down the video to where its only the part you want to make an avatar, it will load up in Imageready a little faster.
