I currently got a new computer and it has vista on it (no vista does not suck I thought it does but it's ok)
anyways, I got a new computer and when I have photoshop it won't go to 32 bit color.
When I force it to become 32 bit, then I can't make a new layer or do ANYTHING. Is there a way to fix this?

The only way I know is when you make a new layer change the options thats what i got out of what you said. is it Photoshop 7?

    Didn't work.
And I am using Photoshop CS2.

When I make a new layer then I can't switch modes.
But when I start a BRAND NEW project then I can switch modes and it asks if I am sure I want to flatten the layers. =[
    heeeeeeeeeeelp

I always use 8-bit I think....because I know the higher your bit, the less you can do...at least that is the way it has seemed for me.
