OK I'm currently working on a layout for a site but I cant seem to come up with a good color scheme against a dark background (refer to the pic). It has to be something ----- and nothing that will pop out the eye. The color will replace the brownish/orange nav text color. I would like to keep the logo white if that is possible. If you have any colors choices that you think might look good for a ----- bussiness site, go ahead and post please. Thanks.

I personally like the brown and orange.

You could also try a dark navy blue and maybe a lighter sky blue type shade? Maybe use a purplish color.

if it's a business site, you can't beat the simplicity of black-on-darker-black.
you could also go the way of changing your gray to a really dark blue, then making your text gray. with dark blue and gray, you could even accent it with a little red; that could look good.

It looks really good mate, I only suggest you change the orange text in white as well :)
I would do the following under the navigation: White background > Dark gray textbox > white text :)
