How do you lock staff so they cant be touched in vB 3.6.7 I will give 100 credits to whoever that can help me

 

also how to put a default avatar so when people join it puts that avatar automatically 100 credits for each!

 

I think the default avatar is a mod, if not, you can upload the picture somewhere and go to their permissions, if i remember correctly

Just like it sounds make them an admin and they are an admin forever no one can change that I know there is something like that because we had it before.

 

Lower ranks cannot modify admin, vBulletin comes with that.

 

Yeah but I mean the same rank. So like another admin cant ------ you over.

 

its all about group permissions. u make an admin group and have there permissions do all but change ranks.

 

I think, you can limit the admin or moderator's power by config in the permission editor or in user group. May be something to do with Access Masks... I had been admin in one of the anime communities that use Vbulletin board. The site owner can able to limit my access power. I don't really quit sure how...
