Sure both may be good, but at the end of the day the Ferrari is better. Also, PC gaming has online play YEARS ahead of that of consoles. The downside? well, if you keep up with the tech and always go for some of the best of the best you'll end up spending around 7-8 times as much as if you went the console route. and halo is overrated in that it has some very poor single player game play and that the multiplayer is somewhat archaic. Think quake from the 90s but with a cruddy controller. Don't get me wrong quake was good but a decade later? ohh come on...
I like the look of Killzone 3 and World In Conflict. Hopefully they will come out before the end of the year.
wow. im glad this thread is doing so well. bear in mind, people, that graphics do not always get a game critical appreciation. the "best games of the year" according to IGN and GT.com were both based on last-gen tech. sales: Halo 3 critics: bioshock or mass effect.

Hmmmm theres a few that i reckon are in for the running: I'ma put em in most likely at the top Halo 3 (doesnt deserve it is seriously overated) Super Mario Galaxy (Seems a bit like Okami nobody think its gunna do amazing but i bet it does) Crysis (beast of a game) Killzone 2, MGS4, SSBB and Assasins creed tieing here all nice games but i dunno just think the companies who do this will go for the above games and not these Personally I think Okami last year pwned ive still got it and it deserved more praise than what it got I do not want this will happen with killzone 2 SSBB and Assasins creed as i want them to go to the top as they simply deserve it. Killzone 2 - has been in planning since the day killzone one came out SSBB - if you havent played melee play it because this is supposed to be 5x better than it. Assasins creed - just watch a trailer and you'll find out.
I love this opinion on Halo that it's majorly over-rated. It's not? People love the game, they rate it highly, people woudn't have played Halo 1 if it wasn't good, games just don't become over-rated if they're crap. <Shrug.> Halo 3 will win, easily, and put another hole through PS3.
Crysis most definately Halo 3 I doubt is going to win because a lot of people that rate games think halo has been over rated even if they like the game play or not... Plus the playstation fan boys will definately not want it too win because its boggs down the ps3 and if they liked it they more than likely wouldn't have a ps3...
