Ipb 2.3 License Check

    does anyone know how to check if theres a valid license on IPB 2.3? i think i found an illegal forum but im not sure.

    You use ?ipscheck=1 after index.php on boards before 2.1 I believe. But now IPB has put in the feature that you cannot check.
    If you think it is illegal, just report it to IPS and they will check if its in their database. If its not, they will shut it down.
