Xbox Live Marketplace Error

I was trying to dl crackdown demo and i keep getting a can't download error

I talked on the phone for 1.5 hours for them to tell me they don't knoww call back tomorrow >.<

 

Can you download any other demo? If it's just the crackdown demo, it might be down for right now. Same thing used to happen with old demos.

 

nope cant dl anything and cant update when game starts up

Have you been able to download anything since you got your 360?

 

Oh those are connection errors on your part most likely. Post the problem on the xbox.com forums or even gamefaqs. I don't think many will be able to help here.

 

@ stokey yes this started aout beginning of July
@ blakcfuse Nope We did all connection tests and they think my hd aint saving online content right so ima replace it at gamestop

 

I dont know whats wrong then, hope you get it sorted out

Might have to send it to MS to get it repaired. Lucky i think they've extended there warrenty to 3 years on each 360.

 

ok , for 1 every1 in the uk has unlimited warntey , evan if u got ur xbox before it started this (only with microsoft its self not local game stores) , so ring them up and hopefully urs will be sent in and it will be fixed or replaced , and mabey your ethanet cable is broken or family settings are on ?

 

I fixed it my dad turned on the parental settings on router w/o telling me -.-
