I made this just for fun (for my WoW guild), and I was wondering what to do with it now...Is it "codeable", if it is how hard would it be to do? I've got about $50 if anyone could turn it into something.

$65 for this year ill host the site code it and get u a domain name edit: if you only have $50, ill still do the hosting, coding, and get the domain name but the hosting will have less space/bandwidth

I can code HTML CSS and PHP, but the only way to have scrollbars like you have there is to use Flash, or make something similar with CSS that will only show up in Internet Explorer. Your site would work very well with Flash, but I have just about no Flash experience.
