How To Make A Sign?

Where do I begin? My parents want to make a sign advertising an aprtment for rent and they want it window sized because it needs to be both english and spanish.

i want it to look spiffy

so what program could I use for that? I have photoshop CS3, but i dont know how to use it lol

If we say any other program you don't know how to use that either so then we'll be back to square one.

so there's no other easier program to use? How do u make the graphics on photshop though? i tried learning how to do that 3d stepping into the picture affect(the first tutorial in the program) and all i retained was 'make new layer, cut new one, blah this, layer that, overlay that, and your done!'

it left me like '..? -_-..'

do the tutorials here cover how to do that stuff? like, every step? i figured out how to create a new layer, but since i dont kno what it really does, i dont really know how to use it...

 

you could use MS paint

lmao, very nice. now all you have to do is print that out window sized, and put 40 pesos so its in spanish too.
