Once its been rendered. Its in a graphical format...if you wish to do further editing, you can open it in photoshop. If your just saving it, rather then rendering it, your not saving the image itself, your saving the parameters.
Once you render it, it will be a .png file or whatever you picked. You can then just upload it anywhere such as imageshack or photobucket. As Logic said, if you are not rendering it, it will be a .flame file with just the parameters.
