Now you do it again. Tell me why ATi produce bad cards? Sure, you prefer Nvidia, but that doesn't mean ATi is bad.
well, ATi used to be pretty good until they AMD bought them or w/e they have been horrible since then and all there cards have been pretty much garbage so right now i state again nVidia>ATi
You can't really compare the companies by just saying IS better, IS better on what? Price? Performance? Bang/buck? Nvidia is also way bigger then ATi. Saying just that Nvidia is better is your opinion, not a fact and defenatly not a reason for another person to buy a worse card. ATI's R600 card wasn't really the best, but they had to make a complete new architechture and their drivers aren't 100% either. If ATi is so unbelieveable bad, how come their cards have the 3DMark05 world record? Another example. I bought my x1950pro, which is a little better then the 7900GS. ( http://www.trustedreviews.com/graphics/rev...re-X1950----/p5 ) While the 7900GS costed 200+ euros and the X1950PRO only 160! A cheaper card that performs even better. Don't tell me it isn't good card for the price it had. Now get back on topic, if you want to continue feel free to make a new thread, but lets stop spamming this topic. The X1550 is a fair amount better then the 6200, as confirmed by xelink.
Okay problem... my video card with vista does not have a vista driver soo i cant play cs on opengl.. so i guess i'm going to have to get a new video card lol... i think soo far im going to go with the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16814103031 the 1550 What excactly do i have to do to install i know about plugging it in and all but will i have to disable my other integrated or how does that one work?
You can disable your intergrated card in the bios. Restart your PC and Hit dell. There must be a option for it somewhere. When you found it disable and save & exit. You should uninstall all old drivers and download the latest from internet.
