    Games not running full screen?

    Hey guys,
basically what my problem is, it that when i run diablo 2 on the pc i have a black border about 2 inch wide all around the screen.

i have a toshiba satelitte --- 4600 laptop with lcd screen, pentium 2 or 3 i forget, and im running windows xp ---.

    ive tried alt-enter, nothing

ive tried to find game setting sfor diablo, but there is none,

ive tried changing my resolution to find that when i decrease my screen resolution it does exactly the same as in diablo 2,black borders.(ie, instead of having a lower quality picture over the whole sccreen, i have the same quality picture but in a small window

i have tried every option in the right click, display properties, settings, advanced, and also ran the game each change, nothing

i have been told it is something to do with my BIOS, when i intially start the computer and presing an F* number. and then changing my video settings to be full screen. However i dont know how to get to this BIOS option
