Personally I haven't had an energy drink before, but I'd say an energy drink would stimulate you more, from what I hear about the caffeine levels.
In America it is, in Australia, UK (I think, not sure about other places) it's 'realised'. I don't drink energy drinks to often though, at the gym I might take some powerade or somthing though and as has been said I think it helps a lot mentally, the fact that you think it's giving you all this energy as well as the energy it does give you. I don't mind coffee but I don't drink it all that often, I drink a lot of ice coffee however
does energy drinks work? xD ive seen basketball peeps use it but yeah. i drink it like its softdrinks. doenst do anything i dont feel anything either
So I'd say the majority is with energy drinks here. I'm not too into energy drinks and probably won't start drinking energy drinks anytime soon.
You don't feel it when you drink them like an every day thing. I use to do that and I didn't feel anything after a while thats why I stopped drinking them so much. Energy drinks are not 10 times stronger than coffee, it also depends on which energy drink you get. Honestly some type of coffee like the Starbucks Doubleshot has over 2 times more caffeine than a red bull. Also the Starbucks Frappcchino has just as much caffeine as a lot of energy drinks. Interesting Fact... a Coca-Cola Classic has half the caffeine as the Diet Coke with Lime Yes I drink energy drinks...
I like to drink energy drinks alot but unlike coffee they dont help you stay up well. The drink gives you a short rush then you get really tired and cant stay up. I tried to stay up w/ energy drinks and couldnt stay up past 1
I prefer MD Energy drinks, or most enery drink/"sodas" simply for the better taste. I don't generally drink/take any stimulant, but if I do I prefer the E drink opposed to the hot & gross coffee.
