I got abs pretty damn fast from those still crunch things... I leave a link for y'all... It's from MSN.. :)

    EDIT:

    Okay...

    http://health.msn.com/dietfitness/articlep...00164165&page=3

I only do the Plank, Sidewards Plank (both sides), Reverse Crunches, and then just reguler crunches.... I got abs pretty fast from that... I've been doing them for about ...I dunno... A month or two now?? Maybe three.. But you do feel results.... But as with any work out, it does tak time and dedication....

I don't know how long it is supposed to take in order to get a 6 Pack, though.. I haven't gotten one after a few months, but I at least have abs. :P

NOTE: Be safe and careful. Accidents can happen when working out (obviously). So take the precautions and read up a little bit.. Maybe get a presonal trainer, or adive from others??

Hahaha.. Sorry, i just like for people to be careful. :P

    Good luck

It really helped. My stomach smoothened and my "pack" is shaping.

    how I got a 6 pac

    1 do nothing
2 watch as abnormally low body fat levels exaggerate abdominal develpment

here's a pic from a bit over a year ago.

basically looking cut depends one 2 things

1 low bodyfat first and foremost
2 relatively tight and elastic skin.

you make your skin tighter by lifting.
also, you're method is fatally flawed in that after a while it becomes more cardiovascularly stimulating than anerobic stimulating. you need to add resistence. Best abb exercise - go onto a bar etc. hang upside down. hodl onto around 50lbs of weights(less if you're weak) and do as many crunches as you can. you should be nearly dying after this and you'll have issues standing walking and sitting the first few times, but you'll get good abs. Now all i need to do is to get another bar
