Last year i cut down on soda and worked out a lot and lost about 20 pound drank more water also but that six pack still eludes me >,<

I do them anyways I have a 8min workout video for abs - Gave it to my friends and they said it worked haha .. power exercising and u get packs in weeks Nice guide though! - If anyone want anymore i wont hesitate to post them DARKSTAR

I heard that it won't matter how big your abs are if you have fat covering 'em. So before you do some hardcore training thing, you have to lose fat aka go anorexic. And post up your abs :lol:
^^Pretty much like wearing baggy clothes after muscle building, it covers it up, so you have to wear a tight fitting top If you manage to get a significant six pack in a couple of weeks (from nothing) you'd have to be quite lucky, it's the sort of thing you need to work on for a while. Also depends on your genes etc. some people could find it quite easy to get a 6 pack whereas others could try for ages and find it very difficult.
