    Okay i've been looking around and i'm wondering you opinions..


    i'm wanting a graphics card for PCI NOT PCI+E


    Looking to spend at max $150

    Let me knwo what you all have and what you recommend.

    Nah i'm goign to rebuild the pc soon im just needing something nice for the time being... PCI ONLY :P

    Well i'm lookign to play few games and graphics work.. I know alot about pc's i'm wanting something around $100-$150 .... I want the best card for the best money.. thanks everyone

    thats agp not pci, probably a 5500 is the best thing you can find for a pci slot

    ok well can someone look and see what the best pci card they can find for under $150 is?

    no the x1550 is literally double the card if not more.

    the GeForce FX 5500 was on par with the radeon 9250s. the x1550 is a fair deal faster than the old 9250s

    rank of PCI cards

    x1550
    x1300
    GeForce 6200
    GeForce FX5500
    GeForce FX5700(only a 64bit memory interface)


    your options are really limited, but an x1550 is enough to play most games albeit not at the most insane of settings.

    try getting your hands on a FX 5500 from nVidia, its a 128MB PCI card

    works well for me and was only 120 or so bucks (AU)
