    i would like this post removed from my shop...now i wont have any buisness and people will want there creds back but if you cant w/e
    (im on my uncles iphone...amazing)

    i know but im not taking credit for the brushes im taking credit for the names that i make with them...if everyone knew who made them then i wouldnt get any buisness

    its the same for all people who sell anything...
    people dont make there renders/stocks/sprites from scratch and they get paid off of it

    Except you're allowed to take a render from a wallpaper, as long as its off some website that says you're allowed to.

    Not from dA.

    pay for stocks and sprite isnt allowed, so no one does it.

    And if it is in a sig, it obvious they aren't paying for the stock, render, sprite

    if i offer you my services for making a sig do i have to tell you where i got my render and my brushes and c4d and give all those poeple credit?

    and da says you cant sell for profit but you can use for private use and its a brush set so im suposed to use it and it doesnt say if you use on another site give me credit

    No, you're probrably not breaking any laws, but no one's gonna buy off you when all they have to do is download a brush pack.

    this is ok IMO. The reason I feel it is ok how many sigs have people sold using someone else's brushes like splatter brushes and such. I remember when grunge sigs with brushes from DA was extremely popular here at GR and we let people sell sigs with brushes they didnt make. I will leave this open for now and let another mod have some input on this

    and thats why my shop is ruined because of one person i cant make any more money but w/e it ------ing gay how all you bitches handled this so ------ all you to
    exceptions are kirbir and RA only people that see it my way


    and how do you think people would feel if i gave out there smudge settings or there c4ds?
