What program do i have to use to get something looking like this with the scene captures?

lol they did it in ps or something an added all the info there is no program that will take screenshots from movie an turn it into something like that

so look for adobe photoshop or use a free one called - gimp -

 

there is a program that does this. i forgot the name hold on 1 sec ill see if i can find it

lol what are you doing with that screeny of transformers???

and it does say windows media classic on it and I THINK if i remember correctly it does take those.
