Question on renders

When i copy a render, it pastes with a black background. How can i get rid of just the black background, in some cases it cuts the image too if i use the Magic Wand Tool. I obviously dont want this.

Are you print screening it?

Also, make sure the image is a .png.

 

Save the render and open it in ps, problem solved, copying render doesn't save the transparency
