Dont mind him hes one of many retards on gr. You can use credits to buy things like sigs, lp, steam accounts, lessons on how to make sigs and other resources you need.

It's what drives the marketplace in Gamerenders, so you could say it is the currency on this website.
It is like asking what is money used for in the world and why people have it. You can use Gamerenders credits for purchasing tags, steam accounts, RS accounts, etc.
When you asked "What do they get out if it?" I am assuming you are reffering to the people providing the service and getting the GR credits. Well, the people who perform the service can exchange the GR credits for money, or use the credits if they need a task done in the future.

 

They used to have alot more impact on GR when tutorials were for sale. An amazing tutorial would cost 50 credits. Usually.

Peope would get tons of credits and learn at the same time
