just today i opend msn browser and the butterfly thing comes up and then it says signing in and sticks there and freezes there we called verizon company and they had no clue what to do. Does anyone have any idea's the person said maybe its spywear but we got a spywear thing now and it took out some stuff but its still messed up.
open it from the messenger an see if u can sign in - if not u should give u a error number or numbers or tell u u can do this test an hit a repair button - by the looks of it u got the msn prem thing right?
