    Ur sprites are great but the need an easier focal point.
    Im willing to put u on trial and see if u get better (which im sure u will)
    So its a Trial yes from me :D

    It's where your accepted in to the crew (as a trial member) and after 2 weeks of being in the crew if u havent improved on your skills and been active then your not in.
    However if u improve, be active and what not then ur accepted as a FULL member
