From my perspective, I believe that the Bank has been temporarily or permanentaly disabled. The bank was suppose to be where you can deposit the ammount of credits that you are currently holding on yourself, and then when needed you can take them out with a bit of interest overtime. It was a fun thing but I guess not anymore -Zain
the bank was just a placed people could keep their credits in no interest was earned if you put credits there the link was just never removed and any other questions about this you can pm me
