Who cares if its a new style, they should still be able to find someone with good vocals. Now everyone is trying to start bands, especially screamo once, because everyone else's vocals suck, so theres might as well also.
I love Metal. Nu and Black, mabye some of my favorite. I find it amazing how the category of metal has so much variation, for example, listen to QOTSA, then to Dimmu. Notice a change? hehe.
well theirs a reason you call that music classic metal..because it doesnt exist anymore.....their are no more bands that produce music that sound so its considered classical.. cover bands still play their songs,but like classic rock and roll, new bands want to make a new sound..hence, Alternative and Hard Rock using the classic stuff as a backboard im not saying i dont love iron maiden or metallica(hell For Whom The Bell Tous, and the Trooper are some of my favorite songs my band plays) but if you have this mindset that all new music sucks.... your going to be screwed in the next 80years of your life when the music you hate will basically be the only thing you hear

What kind of music style are we talking about? I'm talking about "deathcore" or whatever you want to call that new style: Animosity, As Blood Runs Black, The Faceless, Job For A Cowboy, etc.

One of the better lists. I dont have time to list all the metal bands I love, but theres a lot. All of them are more like Megadeth, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Rush, etc. Some of the bands you listed arent metal though, like Pink Floyd. HTere my favorite band by the way.
Any thing from Metallica's St. Anger album should sort you out. ahhh.... Not Falling by Mudyane is sick(mad chorus) Mushroom Head are good(gotta try No Where to go) Disiple By Slayer is Mad. Opeth - Circle of Tyrants is a mad black Metal song. You might like King Mungi...maybe... Room 409 by Bullet for My Valentine is pretty good. a little scremo but still good though. Apocalypse by Hypocrosy is pretty mad death/Black metal. try those ones out.
No offense dud but you have poor taste in Metal if you liked St. Anger. I think most people here would agree that the whole album pretty much sucked.
Metal. Hmm, try out Soundgarden's Badmotorfinger. There's some pretty heavy riffs and definitely hardcore vocals there. Soundgarden's my favorite band of all time by the way.
