Ok so I have a computer that is about 4 years old. 3 years in which it was in storage. It's been having some problems lately and I'm thinking of getting a new computer.

So what I'm asking is, should I build my own computer or should I just buy one?

    I hav3 n00b skillz in t3h comput3rz.

whats your price range and what are you looking to use the computer for?

if money isnt a problem, buy a premade one, if money doesnt grow on trees, order the parts and put em together and save a couple of hundred bucks

Well I just put mine together on my own. But in my honest opinion even if you are short on cash I would have your computer built by a small business or something similar. Online for example. You will get consistently better pricing as well as more bang for your buck.

If you buy the parts, most local computer stores will be willing to assemble it for you for a small charge.
