Ok so I have a computer that is about 4 years old. 3 years in which it was in storage. It's been having some problems lately and I'm thinking of getting a new computer. So what I'm asking is, should I build my own computer or should I just buy one? I hav3 n00b skillz in t3h comput3rz.
whats your price range and what are you looking to use the computer for? if money isnt a problem, buy a premade one, if money doesnt grow on trees, order the parts and put em together and save a couple of hundred bucks
Well I just put mine together on my own. But in my honest opinion even if you are short on cash I would have your computer built by a small business or something similar. Online for example. You will get consistently better pricing as well as more bang for your buck.
if u got the know how i would say build your own. will cost more but well worth it. or just look at some gamin rig comps. nice ones. priced high around $2000+ though
If you buy the parts, most local computer stores will be willing to assemble it for you for a small charge.
yea like geek squad i think they do it for 50-100 bucks, but other places might be cheaper, all depends where u live
I live on Guam. :\ Not sure if they build it for me here. Price range.... Under $800. I got some basic knowledge on computers. Basic like SATA/IDE cables, Different RAM thingies...
