It seems that every time I try to install the software to recharge my Creative Zen mp3 player on my laptop with windows Vista it says that windows is no longer Genuine after I restart the computer.

Then I have to do a restore and reboot. I've gotten the Vista version of the creative software and it still does not work. Microsoft doesn't help at all. Some much for their support.

I was just wondering if any of you ran into a problem like this and found a solution.

If you need any more info just ask. I'll give out the best I can.

ive read there have been a lot of bugs with creative software and driver, and vista. so id recommend looking on creatives site, see if anyone else had the same problem and if they were given any advice on how to fix it.
