yes basically, because when runing under long mode, there's apparently a bit mroe stress on the northbridge and that limits the overclock. if I boot into 32bit windows I can do 3.2Ghz very easily though. I'm almost tempted to buy a new board though I probably won't. I'd rather put the money elsewhere, I'm about at the point where I need to buy a laptop.
