It's 42! Google even says so!

But seriously, the extent of the meaning of life is learn as much as you can then spread your seed and keep the species alive.

We live to die. So live as ur about to die. through ur inabitions out the window and enjoy ur life to the fullest, and dont give a damm what anyone else thinks.

Judge me only once u have truly judged ur own life and whether u have any meaning or significance to be proud of...

we each have our own meanings in life, unless we are uniformed under a set mind piece such as religion where we ultimatly reside the same meaning and understanding (to our knowledge) of the life we are ment to lead, yet many of us who dont believe in religion like myself.

i think the meaning of life is not to be figured out but to be made by ourselves, i believe in destiny, entertwining ours with others consciously or not, in meetings, such as bumping into someone, you might not know it, but your destinys have been crossed, you wouldnt have bumped into them if it wasnt to be.

I believe we have control over our everday lives, but not the events which can/will occur.

yet some people might argue against me and say, if you control your own events then why is it ment for you two to end up bumping into each other?

maybe in the infinitly wide universe with an infinite time, every infinite occurance must infinitly occur, logically.
Just like an infinite amount of monkeys, with an infinite amount of time, with an infinite amount of resource (paper/ink/typewriters) will infinitly type the exact complete works of shakespeare, word for word, totally correct, this is logical, since its bound to happen, there is also an infinite amount of times that the works of shakespeare were almost complete except for one forgotten full stop. So if this is true then that occurance is bound to happen (the bumping), and it so happened at that time, in my life, not in someone elses, and it will continue to do so for all eternity, if not to me but to others and such. Maybe the ocurance of the accident is destiny because it will happen to someone in the infinite amount of time we have, in the unknown universe/dimensions so, with it being already forseen/"destined"

    des·ti·ny

    1. something that is to happen or has happened to a particular person or thing; lot or fortune.
    2. the predetermined, usually inevitable or irresistible, course of events.
    3. the power or agency that determines the course of events.

So if every possible event that can happen, will happen, and will continue to occur to people all over the universe (if there are any) isnt that a destiny in itself?

Life does not have exactly one universal meaning. I believe that this reason for living changes depending on the person. Sometimes people choose this reason and other times, it is chosen for them. At least that's my opinion

Life is different for everyone. Life imo is the pursuit of your goals and the trials and tribulations you go through trying to reach your goals. EX: One persons life may be to get a great job, get a trophy wife, and have a great retirement. My life is seeing how high I can get and how many females and can sleep with. But in 50 years I doubt that is what my life will consist of. Life is all perspective and subjective

Well, the instinctive purpose as animals is to reproduce, then rear our young in a good manner so as to improve society. But I believe the true meaning is to strive for perfection.

My purpose in life is different to my view on the meaning of life.

I find life to be a frail illusion too many take for granted.

The one greatest meaning of life: Enjoy every moment of life to the fullest, it may be your last. Do not fear death, it is merely the inevitable reality. You will die, and your name will be lost to time.
