Well i am having some trouble with my computer Every time that i turn it on it goes to the Advance Options where it asks you if you want to start the computer on Safe Mode, Safe with Net Working ect.. And it just wont let me get to my desktop even when i selected safe mode, i've tried all options that it gives me and it just keeps on restarting and asking me the same options. Yesterday I was able to borrow a computer just to transfer my files from my old hard drive to the new one but i just dont know how :(
can any of you guys help me :)

im thinking either a corrupted windows install or a defunked drive that isnt reading properly

If you could read and transfer files off the hdd, then id say it would be a windows install, can you get into the windows prompt to repair the install?

I had this exact same problem and found out I had bad sectors on my hard drive.

    (hard drive = dead)

It's most likely a problem with your hard drive, however, there is likely a temporary fix. Have you tried using the repair option on your Windows CD? I know that a fresh format/install of Windows will fix this problem, so you should definitely try the repair.

If that doesn't work, try disconnecting the cables from your hard drive and reconnecting them.

If you some how manage to get to Windows, back up immediately and reformat!

Check for errors using windows error checker. Right click C: or whatever your drive is called. And choose tools. That should work in safe mode. It might need to reboot to start. You could probably also check for errors / program errors in Admin Tools. And Check the event viewer. Start > Control Panel > Admin Tools > Event Viewer. Not much else I can think of other than what Shock suggested. You can get a decent size storage HD for $50 - $60 bucks. Depending on how much you want. Good Luck.
