Listen to the 'Battle les Tamborines' by godsmack. Or even better watch it on their dvd if u can get ur hands on it. They go off. Godsmack drummer stands out ammoung them for me. But the slipknot drummers have some sweet skills too to drum on the spinning platforms and stuff they do...

you are totally wrong im sorry, but John Bonham from Led Zeppelin is the king of the drums. Tool can't even be compared to what John has to offer. You don't see Danny with a 10 min drum solo do you? On almost every album from Zeppelin John had some sort of long solo and it was always amazing. I'm sorry to break your heart but John Bonham is the king HANDS DOWN!

    see for yourself :)

    Keith Moon of The Who
Dave Grohl of Nirvana, and a bunch of other stuff.
    Matt Cameron of Soundgarden.

Keith Moon is by far the best. :)
