    Like that would solve anything...

    First to Last:
*open application with large CPU usage and clock load time (applications like Photoshop or Microsoft Word)
    1. reboot computer once to see if it is an unistalled windows update
    2. go to start > run > "cmd" > "start chkdsk.exe -h" (that is the parameter, and it will require a reboot)
    3. press F8 repeatedly on start
    4. a dialog will pop up and select "Safe Mode with Networking" and hit enter (use the arrow keys to move the cursor up and down)
    5. go to start > program files > virus scanner (e.g. "McAfee Virus Scan")
    6. run virus scanner and then remove any threats identified
    7. reboot computer and boot into normal mode
    8. go to start > program files > "Accessories" > "System Tools" > "Disc Defragmentor"
    9. Select whatever your drive name is (C:) > Analyze
    10. exit the report click on "Defragment"
    11. After disc is finished defragmenting, go to start > program files > "Accessories" > "System Tools" > "Disc Clean Up"
    12. select your drive and then click ok
    13. After the clean up has finished reboot your computer
    14. Press F8 repeatedly on start
    15. a dialog will pop up and select "Safe Mode with Networking" and hit enter (use the arrow keys to move the cursor up and down)
    16. go to start > program files > virus scanner (e.g. "McAfee Virus Scan")
    17. run virus scanner and then remove any threats identified
    18. reboot computer and boot into normal mode
    19. start > run > cmd > "start chkdsk.exe"
    20. go to start > program files > virus scanner (e.g. "McAfee Virus Scan")
    21. run virus scanner and then remove any threats identified
    22. reboot your computer and boot into normal mode
    23. if problems presist go to here and click Scan your PC for free
    24. Download the application and install
    25. Allow to start and go to Scan Now and fix found problems
    26. Reboot computer and boot into normal mode
    27. Open a large CPU usage application like Photoshop or Microsoft Word and clock and compare the load times with before.
    28. if problems presist, contact dealer ;)
