Are you kidding? Which filter? I don't have words for this... You possibly know how many filters there are out there? Plus you don't get that ---- with a filter. If you think you can make things like that with a single filter you think way to easy.
well smart guy, believe it or not, that type of effect is only used with one filter, but i forgot which one shows how much u know about gfx thanks for ur response? not can someone that knows about graphics in here help me? and that may know the filter that is being used kthxbye
Very funny, check my dA account in my signature and you see I have enough gfx experience 'smart guy' Oops, ego crushed, sorry.
I think that is made using custom shapes, stocks and filters. I don't think it's an easy thing to make either.
