Haha, ok, I lift a lot, but I never call it powerlifting. Powerlifting is cool in taht it makes you buff, and it feels great to have the iron in your hands, but with parkour it looks a lot cooler and it requires a lot more discipline.
I have Parkoured about 4 years now, and I have had one injury, but, it wasn't bad, thought.. Most of injuries I have got have came from snowboarding :censored: Parkour is for everyone, and everyone is for parkour! Everyone can go out, and parkour, its only that, for those "cool" tricks you need training, and training. Some easy tricks, like some vaults, even my granpa could do them, if he would be alive. The word is training . You should go to check some sites, just search "parkour" in google. There is guides to most of tricks, and training, prob on your own lanquage, so feel comfortable and read, if you are interested. And to last words, everyone can do it, even if you are fat, woops, lilbit round on stomach. We have guy in our parkour team, and he is lilbit plumsy, but he is exelent in parkour, it's just the way you do it. Any questions, just pm me ^^ -Canizzz- B)
Heres some pics from that training session, i dont have any of me unfortunatly THEN CAME THE FANNYING ABOUT
I call it powerlifting because the lifts I previously named are known as powerlifts. In tournaments those are the only ones you do, hence powerlifting tournaments. There is also olympic lifts, which are snatch and clean&jerk. I do those occasionally but my main focus is the three powerlifts.
ive been trying to get into it but i live in a rural area with no good places. and i dont know anyone who does it, and i dont want to do it alone. ive always loved climbing and jumping off ----, and i know parkour is different, but it kinda got me into it.
Where ever you live im sure there is something, just google your town name or closest city + pakour and usually you'll find a site about it. btw doesnt look it but that gaps 9ft
