Though i find it odd, i didn't get a chance to have my say before the two joined our crew i would still like to post.

Ghost: I think you're work is slightly repetative, but is very nice, i like you're styles and techniques. Not only do i believe you have alot to learn but that you will also teach alot.
So i vote yes, to being a complete member.

Northern Beast: I feel from you're work you have alot of direction when creating, you know the sort of outcome you want to finish with but you lack the technical skills to produce the work, and thats somthing that comes with time and practice. I think you're first and second are you're best, and that the colours in both suit the style well.
Thus i vote yes, on a 3 week trial as did DF.

The 3 week trial is somthing we ( myself and DF ) discussed as being a method to help artists that dont quite have the work to get them in the crew get better.
So rather then flat out saying no ( like other crews ), we place you on a trial, where by you have 3 weeks to ask anything of the crew ( all members will help users or face eviction ) and at the end of the three weeks with the crew you can re-submit you're work.

This is somthing we are trying, because it seems liek a effective method to help the community.
However the responsability lies with the members of this crew to provide guidence where nessesary and to the trial-ee to ask questions.

If clarification is needed with this post please pm me and i will get back to you asap.

I tried LPs. They're bad... I didn't try the photomanip LPs though. I only did the huge render with some n00b effects.
