ok, a few months ago my account was hacked (Cast420). at the time i had over 30k in creds that were on a temporary loan (i purchased them from tazzycorner but hadnt paid him, as i was waiting for the funds to clear from my bank account, to my paypal). Just under 30k was transfered thru 2 idle accounts back to tazzy, he claimed that someone sold them to him. instantly i was suspect #1 for that scam, something i had nothing to do with.

My affiliation with this site left my personal email (the one i registered with) vunerable, my email account was hacked thus granting the person free rain over everything in my email(website logins, my paypal, credit card info, and a lot more.) after talks with shaggy and tazzy corner over MSN i was told i had to pay tazzy for the credits that were stolen from my account and ended up with him. unable to access my account (the password was changed on my email and GR so i have no way of recovering my account.) i left GR for a long time until i created this account and decided to rejoin the community. PLEASE NOTE I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING FROM GR, JUST MY ACCOUNT, seeing as GR had nothing to do with the account being hacked.

now why am i posting all this, 1 reason. i would like the account Cast420 returned to me, i didnt do anything wrong (and on top of that i paid tazzycorner for the credits i spent before my account was hacked).

Now i know that there are a good amount of people that should remember me......

you can check the rep on that account and the rep i have accumulated on this one, ive been more then an outstanding member of GR without EVER having a problem with the staff or other members for that matter since i joined in 04 (sold my original account before i made the cast420 account)

i was also taking reserves for a a bunch of tutorials, as my account was hacked i was not able to refund anyone or deliver the tutorials....so i wish there was a way i could pay back those members but its not possible, it was too long ago there is no trace of the tutorial thread...you can note tho that i have donated about twice as much (as i recieved from reservers) to the GR Mafia and i will continue to work with the GR Mafia to bring free resources to GR.

you can PM me if you need my MSN or more proof that i am in fact Cast420.

i hope this can get sorted out quickly.

EDIT: i forgot to mention a HUGE part in all this, my account was never banned/suspended, i left GR on my own. I was given an option to pay tazzy and then the account would be returned to me but i had my own personal thoughts on who hacked my accounts (GR and email) and i refused to pay for credits that were not in my account, i did agree with tazzy via MSN that i would pay for the creds that i spent prior to my account being hacked.

 

I have known Mike for nearly a full year now, as many have (I am sure BFTP and Logicaly have known him for quite some time as well) and frequently talk to him via MSN. This is indeed Cast420, and as stated, he has an outstanding record with staff and the members of the site.

Under the circumstances, Tazzy gave Cast420 30K credits in advance while Cast was waiting for the transfer from his bank account to his paypal account, so that paypal could send the money. Shortly after Cast recieved the credits, his account was hacked and Tazzy nearly immediately showed up with 30,000 credits, which, when the credit logs were checked, went through 2 'idle' accounts (as Mike said) from the Cast420 account and sent all of the credits back to Tazzy. Tazzy claims that he paid for them, but to my knowledge, there was no verification of this.

Cast HAS, however, paid for the credits out of the 30K that he did use (which I am sure Tazzy will verify, and if he can't, paypal transaction records can). Cast, in no way, from how I understand it, had anything to do with Tazzy's credits going missing, which, if his account was hacked, and then the exact amount of credits he got on loan showed back up in the person whom loaned him the credits, he is NOT at fault, and imo NOT liable to pay back Tazzy UNLESS Tazzy can PROVE that he did, in fact, pay for the credits that returned to his account.

Short story:

I think the .Oasis account should stay if no proof can be shown that Tazzy paid for 30K credits, or that Cast did something with the credits. If, in fact, Tazzy CAN prove that he paid the $$ for the 30,000 credits, then I believe the ban should stay until Cast pays Tazzy, however, as mentioned, I don't believe there was ever a record given from Tazzy proving he paid for those credits.

 

i am back tracking through my paypal logs now. ill see if i can find them.

it was sent last august, which is right around when i left GR, the 24$ i sent was MORE then compenstation for the credits i spent..

 

I am just confused about one part; you bought 30,000 credits for 24$?

 

no i was buying the full 30k but it was stolen from my account before i could pay for it, so as a nice gesture i paid for the credits i spent before they were stolen.

Yes, an admin is aware of this. I need to look into it still, and I have alot going on at the moment.
