I want to open a Prince of Persia Warrior Within artwork, it seems I cant open it? What program should I use?

Try to see what type of file it is. Photoshop should be able to, unless it's in-game. If it's one of those in-game extras, you might have to unlock it .

 

Whats the file extension?

 

The file extensions say "bik". And I already unlocked the artwork, Bonafide.
