Can everyone stop say "---' because isnt Phemon the only ""---"" here, I mean every keeps saying advance stuff but what does that have to do with recession

And c6x Dew, when you said the ---'s dont control the site graphics, I think you should of put the economy. BUT I do know that if oh Sea posted some tags, people will buy like that for 1.5k -2.3k. I mean he made like 10k in a week lol

off topic I have no problem with the tut rule, But about tuts I agree with what lykos, people need to learn to appreciate it, which i dont they they would do. Its was funny to me, when you made that rule people who were own this site since 06 and such were saying "yes", "finally" "great rule" but look at their post count, they have like 100-200 post. Now those are the types of people I am mean, when they go to the tut thread, the open up the thread, see the tutorial, save it to their computer, and go to the next thread without even saying anything, a "thanks" would suffice When I say that i mean compare the replies to the views, and you know half or even more of the views are unique

The only small group that care, is the particular group we are purposefully removing from the site. This includes people such as yourself, lennox, formally pale, etc. There was a poll at one point, and if you were active in forums outside the marketplace, you would have seen it, as it was one of the most replied to topics available. Currently I believe its been deleted.

You talk about good with the bad, but as it was it was more of a 'bad with the good', atm its the 'good with the bad'.

Staff, regardless of site, are all politicians. They are there to vote on decisions for the whole site (nation in politicians wise) and be the voice of the MAJORITY of the people. Your opinions, quite frankly, are the opinions we ignore as your the MINORITY AGAINST THE MAJORITY, and the group we are TARGETTING TO GET RID OF. Is it so hard to see? Is it hard to comprehend.

If you have nothing to contribute via posts, you have no reason to be here outside making and selling credits. Again, please leave, if you would like assistance with this oh-so-difficult transaction, I would be more than happy to show yourself to the door. You see, also like politicians, we are allowed to make sacrifices for greater good, and removing you from the site would be a sacrifice I am sure many would be willing to make.

On another note, if you honestly think that the GR market in ANY way reflects the real world market in helping you figure out how to buy / sell and manage your money, you are VERY, VERY mistaken. Perhaps we should start implementing monthly payments for 'resources' and ability to access our 'resource' sections (IE, rent, food, water, garbage, clothing, electric, gas, etc.). I personally live with my girlfriend, on our own, and I can tell you very much so first hand that this site can teach you NOTHING on how to buy / sell and manage your money.

You bought alot of tags off of me, but you got a ton for less than 1k (If you're .lol that is, you change names so many times I can't keep up..). I've also spent and given away more credits than I've ever recieved. I paid 4k for 8 of Phenom's tags, and spent about 400 on tutorials for them and I spent 1600 on Haine's tags and about 140 for good tutorials on them. I ended up selling each one 2-3 times for 40 or less and then the paid tutorials were removed and the .psds and tutorials are now in Donator resources & the regular resources forum respectively. And gradually I'll be giving out more.

I don't think splurging all your credits so you have 0 for a month or two would help me manage money IRL, because if I spent my life's savings and had to wait months on end for me to collect enough again, I'd be on the streets 9 months out of the year.

The thing half of you guys don't understand is without these "---'s" there would be no such thing as an economy here.

Without pros no one will buy anythings here, who wants to buy stuff they already know how to do? Sharing stuff is funny, because it seems like a saying I've heard many ah-time.

"Damned If I Do, Damned If I Don't"

You guys want everything free, why should we help these new people? There is no reason at all, almost everyone who has become --- have had to buy tags and learn somehow from those before them.

We're giving people who log in here and post meaning-less ---- the opportunity to get better.

We're giving these new people everything they could possibly need to become --- for nothing in return.

Yeah GR gets more people and more posts per day because of this, but in the end there will be no economy and there will be no new stuff to learn from because the "---" people have left being sick and tired of sharing their techniques and styles that "Selling" is out of the question because there "Art" is over-whored and everyone knows how to do it.

The GR Staff really has to look into the future about this.

But hell this may go away just like when you guys wanted to get the credits down to a reasonable level.

    -Thanks Andrew =]

The economy shouldn't have even blown itself so far out of proportion as it already has, and that is indeed the members fault, and the previous staffs fault for not controlling it then. The current staff are only attempting to fix what the prior staff didn't bother to control. Will people be mad? Yes. Will people leave? Yup. Will people be banned for attempting to bypass the rules? Yup. Will more people ultimately be happier than mad? Yup.

They'll be happier because we're giving them free stuff without having to do nothing more the click.

There's nothing wrong with selling art, it's selling tutorials. You can't do that on dA, you sell your art. You can't sell your tags. You can sell your LPs if you're really hell bent on it.

Here you can sell your LPs, drawings, c4ds, whatever -- it's the tags & tutorials that got out of hand.

Look at places like nintendo forums, people actually compete with one another to be the one who gives the most back. :\

Here you guys got so hung up on cash.

Cash is what keeps this forum going.

People are hell bent on Creds, but so many things are stopping people from from getting creds.

Sorry, most of us don't spam when we need creds.

Exactly. How exactly do you find most tutorial sites to be successful? Post 50 times, and spend all the credits you get in 50 posts to view 1 of our tutorials? Umm... nope. There are actually alot of great tutorials for free on youtube, google video, pixel2life, good-tutorials, other competitive sites to gamerenders, etc.

You guys are so hung up on cash, and the wannabe 'money' making skills that you cannot ever hope to really be accomplished at. Here's an idea, get off your asses, and work a part time job at McDonalds, you'll make 10x what you make at GR in the same amount of time, and thats just minimum wage.

I know how to make money, before I quit I worked everyday at KFC 5pm-10pm weekends an hour more.

But we're not talking about "Real Money" don't forget that we're talking about creds and giving stuff out for free.

If people want free tuts go to places that give them out, look on youtube for them, search for them on DA.

Why stop others who are making Creds off selling their styles? There isn't a reason.

Cash is what keeps every site going. With a forum you need members. You need a good community.

Those hell bent on credits are the ones that want to sell 2k psds. And if there are many ways stopping 'em from getting credits what are they going to do? Well if people don't buy and they can't sell other things.. it's tough luck. That is what the new policies were made for, to make resources cheaper for the bulk of the community. Yeah, it's to make this place less selfish.

If we all just give up the expensive prices then we won't need to spam for credits. Everything will be cheap and/or free. That's the point.

You wanna make credits? Sell signatures for what they are worth. Don't go asking 2000 credits for some ----ty signature that a --- slapped their name on it after 10 minutes worth of work.

Not to mention, GR is not 'signatures4sale.com', there are hundreds of sites where you can sell small scale digital art for money, and then simply exchange it at a rate of 200:1 through the GR bank for GR credits, as well as have money left over you could send to your bank account. Pardon me if your too lazy to find the site, and owuld rather make a site change for your own personal favor.

Who's fault is it that tags go for 2k Plus? The Maker or the Buyer?

The maker makes the tag, the buyer buys it. So complain about the people who spend extravagant amounts of creds on the tags. Don't complain about the people who make money off it, You don't like it Don't Buy it.
