i have a 5 year old goldfish called Steed. IT WON'T DIE. Its survived my cat (which killed 2 fish), a filter which killed 3 fish and has eaten 2 other fish (i think)

Is there something wrong with owning fish? I've been a long time fish enthusiast for some time now, and to be honest Their just like any other pet except you can the few good things about fish is that you can imitate their natural environment so easily with the already available live plants. If your going to dis the fish i would strongly advise you not to go to Asia anytime. Why, they are the #1 live fish providers in the world. And they worship them especially the koi ie giant goldfish. Plus one of the most important founders of so many methods and livestock Tokashi Amano is from that area.

Speaking of fishing, i was supposed to go up to northern Wisconsin (Mercer) to be exact. The amount of lakes they have in that area is amazing especially the scenery. When i last went up we caught tons of perch, a few crappie, northern pike, small mouth bass, and i think a few large mouth if i can remember.
