If you ever heard of Transformers (that japanese anime show that had lil robots doing something, but you didn't feel like following it because the show was such bad quality that it could make old people blind.)...Well hollywood bought movie rights to it and they went CRAZY. First time I saw Optimus Prime (He was the Gorilla in Beast Wars) I almost s**t myself. This is probably the only movie I'm ever gonna go on the first day for. Comments? Question? Flaming?
it looks meh to meh . the graphics look amazing, dunno about the acting though . i`ll watch it just for the heck of it ;D
looks bomb as hell in my opinion. I was hoping it was gonna be rated R though, because then there would be more violence. I guess PG-13 will have to do. Loving how they put What Ive Done by Linkin Park in the trailer.
Yeah probably. I remember reading in an article about The Punisher, that it didnt do very good in theaters because of its R rating, but once it DVD, it ws a huge hit. O well, it still looks like it has some good action in it.
seems nice, special effects are amazing, but I'm also not sure about the acting... well I'll be practicly living in the cinema in the summer soI'll probly just go and watch it :tongue:
I think that movie is going to pwn. I like it how they transform so smoothly. 2007 is a good movie year if you ask me
Dialogue acting etc. sucks, well it's a michael bay movie so. But the effects are the best I've seen with the matrix. Can't wait to see this
Well i saw the trailer in the cinema a while ago. I was watching it totally oblivious that it was transformers, and thought it looked pimp ass! Then at the end of the trailers i found out it was transformers and i got worried, had flashbacks of shoddy cartoon animation and lame music >_<. But it still looks pimp and my mates and i are all pretty pumped to see it. We all grew up on the afore mentioned ----ty cartoon so we owe it at least a look.
Most of the bots in the movie are really old ones that i don't even remember because the series came out maybe 5-10 years ago. Most of use probably know the leaders, obviously. But the film looks good itself spielberg is one of the producers so it should be great. I thought the bots did not look anything like they were supposed to though optimus prime's colors looked wrong looks like they mixed the red with the blue and the blue with the red. Also, most of the decepticons are black which doesnt bother me but just something i noticed. As long as the movie has a sound plot and the bots look realistic i guess ill be satisfied
