    how do u make anything w/ only smudging?? o_O

    can u at least brush or pen tool?

    No gradient maps, adjustment layers?

    And if it was ONLY smudging, that means no background, so nothing to smudge!

    not true at all, you can brush colors in and smudge them

    But you can ONLY use smuding, no brushes.

    he wants you to brush in colors and stuff and smudge them like how his current is some like that

    Guys, you actually can smudge without renders/sprites/stocks brushes.
