Well i'm gonna build a new comp, and i was choosing XP as the operating system and was debating whether to go XP or vista. So, is vista really worth it? I hear of XP games not working on vista, and i really doubt cs 1.6 will run on vista.
My dad is a computer genious and yet he gets problems with Vista every moment he uses it. I would stick with XP until Vista gets alot better, which might never happen.
Well, I'm using Vista, and the only thing that bugs me is that I need to have iTunes resized, so it doesn't glitch up. You need to have a good graphics card so you can get it to work correctly. I have about 1GB of RAM, and it works really fine with iTunes, MSN, Photoshop, AIM, and Firefox running. You just need to have the right stuff to have it work correctly.
hmm i dont wanna go through the hassle of upgrading with dx10 comes out :/. So troublesome Microsoft is sometimes.
rofl eww halo 2 =(. Anyway thanks guys, i'll just wait on my comp till vista fixes its bugs, but from what i hear its pretty much fixed.
Iono... Vista with Halo 2 should be sweet. They are including a custom map editor and the graphics should be better than the xbox's if you have the right gear.
I'm pissed that Halo 2 is Vista only <_< Because I'm not getting Vista... it's too buggy to be worth it. But I want the PC halo Screw Microsoft xD I wonder how long it will be before someone cracks Halo 2 and allows it to run on XP...
