How Do I Install Photoshop Fonts?

yeah well title says it how do i install fonts on photoshop i know how to install brushes but im not sure how to do fonts plz help me

 

ok man here is how you do it first I have Win2000 which shouldn't pose 2much of a problem 2ppl with other op systems now find My Computer go into it double click on the (C drive or mine is Win2000 then scroll down and on mine I have a folder WINNT find something like that or exactly like that on ur computer then go into that find the folder intitled "Fonts" open it up might take a few mins lots of fonts in there then find the font that you want to add drop it in the folder then start up PS or if it is already open shut it off and start it back up and then select fonts then look for the name of the font u just added and "bam" there ya go.

 

Start >> control panel >> fonts >> place font in there

 

just copy them to;
C:\WINDOWS\fonts

replace c with the appropriate drive letter.

 

ok well theres a small problem lol well of course there is cause my comp is a piece of crap and always finds a way to screw up what ever your doing to make it ten times harder and heres what happens when i got to drive c there is no folder called fonts this is all that i have




plz help me!

 

It's not C:\Fonts. It's C:\WINDOWS\Fonts.

fonts go in your control panel then fonts

 

OK on Windows XP:

• Download Them
• Extract them to: C:/Windows/Fonts
• Open the font one time
• and then you have it
