FR, full rights, means they're allowed to do anything with it except claim that its theirs, right? But if you sell something for FR, can you still re-sell the thing? Because I have an auction for something, and Im selling it for FR. But I also want to upload it onto that new .psd sharing thing they have. Is that allowed?
No you can only sell it once, you then lose all rights over it, it is no longer yours to do anything with.
No when you have sold full rights to a piece of yours to another person you lose all rights to it, unless you state that you still have wearing rights and classing rights, anything other than those 2 things you can not do
well if your selling it on 2 different forums i guess that ok. Like say someone BINS it on the other forum then you must stop accepting bids on GR and take it off the auction house. If thats what your trying to say. As long as you havent sold it for FR yet you can do w/e you want with it.
correct but i wouldn't sell it on 2 forums to be honest but i suppose that is up to you, aslong as you stop the other auction if it has been binned on a different forum, if you get me, lol
