Does anyone know a good tool for Win XP SP2 to clean the context menu?

Like when I do a rightclick, I have:

    Open
Browse with Paint Shop --- X
    Explorer
    Search
    Add to Winamp...
    Enqueue in Winamp
    Play In Winamp
    Color Label
    ...

    and a lot more...

is there any software which lets you delete these entries from the context menu? I couldnt find one which can delete it, i only found software for adding stuff to it :( also there are 4 different entries for WinRar while WinZip has a group created. Im running crazy with all the large menus...
