Well, with the new tutorial selling rule in effect, I was wondering:

Why close the current LR shops down? They had their shops open before the rule went into effect, why close them? Now, I know everyones going to say because that's when the rule went into effect, however, when the mods/admins decided that the credit abuse system was going to far, they closed down everyones shop BUT Havok's, because it was up before the date issued.
Wouldn't this be the same exect thing? The shops were up before the date issued, shouldn't they be fine?

And my last quesion, can it be possible for me to buy a FR signature, have someone make me a tutorial, and then post it or would this in some magical way affect the new rule?

I dont remember us allowing anyone to keep any shops open in the past that where against any of our rules.

As for buying a signature for FR, then having a tut made on it, then giving the tut out for free, sure you can do that.

Hes selling items in the GR store...last I checked, we never had a rule that said you had to sell items in the GR store for any certain price. Or that you couldnt sell the particular items hes selling.

I remember reading (somewhere in the rules, I'll have to find the topic if it still exists) that you can't sell forum items to make a profit, while I checked his prices, they were almost exact with my discounts. Don't donators receive more discount from the store then premium users?
Anyhow, thanks for the answer on the buying sig thing.

Edit: Okay, one of your older statments (2 topic in the news forum)
Wouldn't this be the same thing?

Not really, cause see, if we left the shops open....nothing stops them from having people sell their tutorials for them in their shop, thus creating a loophole in the rule. Not to mention adjusting the price of something is entirely different then not allowing it at all.
