Windows Xp Reset

    how can i completly reset my compuer if i dont have acces to it.
    i turn it on it gets to to windows XP screen and then resets it self

    can you go into safe mode? obviously something is not configured right, so it gets confused and resets.

    no safe mode is all ------ed up 2

    try a repair install

    Boot your XP disc in BIOS and use the repair.

    did you try to reboot with F10 while its loadin up?

    This exact thing happened to me last week actually. =/ Go into your BIOS and make sure the first priority to boot from is your hard drive and not anything else (mine was set to CD/DVD drive). I was then able to access safe mode and back up my files, but still no luck with running Windows. I just switched BIOS back to CD/DVD priority and ran my Alien Respawn to reformat it. =/

    Well if u dont have important files on it the you could use a program called wipedrive to completley erase ur whole comp. Then reinstall windows. That is what I did with a comp I am selling and it runs like a new computer.

    You could do a system restore. My dad did that with this computer and it runs well now.
